Van Scan is your new briefing hub, built for Property Services frontline staff. It replaces the paper notices and WhatsApp messages with a single place where you can find everything you need before, during and after your shift.

What's on here

• News and updates. The latest from your service, straight from your managers. New articles are pushed to your phone if you turn on notifications.
• Safety information. Lone working, asbestos awareness, safeguarding and more, written for the work you actually do.
• KPIs and performance. How we're doing against our targets, updated regularly.

How to use it

You're already here, so you've done the hard part. A few things worth knowing:

• Add it to your home screen. Tap the install prompt at the bottom of the page. It works like an app and loads even when you've got patchy signal.
• Turn on notifications. We'll send you a nudge when there's something new.
• Check in regularly. Pinned articles (marked with an alert icon) are must-reads. Everything else is there when you need it.

Why we built this

The Regulator of Social Housing expects us to keep frontline staff informed and up to date — on compliance, on safety and on the standards tenants are entitled to. Van Scan gives us a simple, fast way to do that without relying on everyone checking their email.
